Invest In The Game

| |
| At Invest in the Game, we are a small team of three professional handicappers. We have been in the sports investing business for over 50 years combined, and over that time period we have learned what to do, and more importantly what NOT to do, to be successful in this industry. We don't make a ton of plays, but pride ourselves in hitting 57-59% of the plays we release over the long-term. We implement a moderately agressive money management system to truely maximize our earnings. While we absolutely WILL have losing months here and there (usually one to two a year), we will NEVER have a losing year, or even a six month period. Our money management combined with our solid (and realistic) winning percentages, we're 100% confident this will be the last service you ever use.
One last thing. Before any of you ask the question "If you're so good at what you do, why sell your plays and not just play them?", I'll answer it for you.
Really, the answer is incredibly simple: We like money. This is an incredibly efficient way to boost our personal income while still doing what we're already making money at. |

I know the later release times can be a bit of a pain, but we need all the info we can gather before jumping on a play. Also, these are the absolutely LATEST times plays will be released. Often they are released hours before this. |

| We release plays in terms of the percentage of our bankroll available. It will either be a 3% play (most of our plays fall into this category), or a more rare 5% play. It's as simple as that. |
| |
| We touched on money management in the "Game Rating System" section, but we'll go a little more in-depth here.
We release plays as a percentage of our HIGHEST bankroll level. The reason we do this is simple. We win more than we lose, and we NEVER lose enough to threaten your bankroll. This way, our earnings are effectively maximized.
Example: you start with a $1,000 bankroll. We win three 5% games in a row (all plays are to WIN 5% or 10% of your bankroll), bringing your new bankroll high to $1150. This sets our 5% level at $63 risked. We then lose two straight games, one of them being a 10% play. Your new bankroll is now $961. We then win four straight games, with one of them being a 10% play. At $63 risked for a 5% play and $126 risked for a 10% play, our new bankroll is $1249 which resets our base 5% play.
As you can see, we've gone 7-2 in this example. Going 1-1 on our 10% plays gives us a weighted record of 9-4. (10% plays are worth two wins and two losses). With juice, our net wins is +4.6. Our earnings are $249. This gives us an average of $54 earned per win. If we didn't adjust our 5% base with each bankroll high, and say we flat-bet to win $50 and $100 in this example, our earnings would be $230 for a per-win earnings of $50. This example might not seem like much, but after a couple thousand wins over a period of four or five years, the numbers really start to add up. |
